Move-in cleaning ensures the new space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before the new residents move in. This includes: Cleaning all surfaces, including floors, walls, and ceilings. Deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, including appliances. Dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all areas. Wiping down baseboards, window sills, and light fixtures. Addressing any areas with buildup or grime. Move-out cleaning is performed when a tenant is leaving a property, ensuring it's left in a clean state for the landlord or new occupants. This often includes: All the aspects of move-in cleaning, but specifically for the property being vacated. Addressing any damage or areas of excessive wear and tear. Preparing the property for the landlord's inspection and potentially influencing the return of the security deposit.
